Soundproof Covers For Pumps

Flexshield has recently provided acoustic pump covers for a number of pumps on local council sewerage treatment stations.The treatment station pumps where running 24hours and were well above the regulated noise level for residential areas.

Amoungst other client specific requirements, the covers needed to be anti-corrosive and easily removed for maintenance.

Flexshield went to site for specific measurements and testing. Using the collected data to design and manufacture an engineered noise control solution. The installed acoustic covers brought the noise levels to well below the legal requirement. And were delivered on time and under budget.
